Former King Gyanendra Shah leaves for Bangkok

KATHMANDU: Former King Gyanendra Shah and his wife Komal Shah left for Bangkok on Friday afternoon.

According to sources close to the former King, Gyanendra, his wife Komal, Personal Secretary Sagar Timalsina, and Deputy Superintendent of Armed Police Rajendra Guragai flew from Kathmandu to Bangkok on Nepal Airlines flight number RA 401 at 3:30 pm.

The former king’s daughter-in-law Himani Shah is also in Bangkok. She went there on July 10.
