CK Raut’s Janamat Party expands central committee



KATHMANDU: The Janamat Party has expanded its central committee.

The secretariat meeting of the party presided over by its Chairperson Dr CK Raut has expanded the central committee.

Party’s treasurer Surendra Narayan Yadav informed that the meeting decided to make a 17-member secretariat, 39-member executive committee, 14-member political committee, and 216-member central committee.

According to him, most of the members of the central committee are new. Some of the members of the central committee have been entrusted with the responsibility of secretariat members.

The party has informed that the 216-member central committee has been formed for now though it has to be of 351-member according to the party statute.

Likewise, Dr. Sharad Singh Yadav has been designated the party spokesperson.
