KATHMANDU: The weather is expected to remain generally cloudy in the hilly parts of the country.
Since the country is under the influence of westerly winds, the mountainous regions are experiencing generally clear conditions, the Weather Forecast Division said.
Currently, most of the country is observing partly cloudy skies.
This afternoon, the weather is expected to remain generally clear in the hilly parts of the country.
The Division also anticipates a chance of light snowfall in isolated areas of the high hilly and Himalayan regions during the afternoon.
During the night, the weather in hilly areas, including Sudurpaschim, Karnali, Lumbini, and Gandaki provinces, will remain mostly cloudy.
