Earthquake felt in Taplejung



KATHMANDU: An earthquake occurred on Monday morning with Taplejung as its epicenter.

According to the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Center, an earthquake of 4.8 magnitude occurred at 4.30 am on Monday morning with its epicenter around Lelep and Olangchungola in Taplejung.

The shock of the earthquake was also felt in surrounding districts.

No details of the damage have been received so far.
