Mini projects not a priority for province government: Koshi CM Karki

MORANG: Chief Minister of Koshi Province, Kedar Karki, said the government will not prioritize development projects with a budget of less than 2.5 million.

Speaking at a program in Pathari Shanishchare-4 of Morang, he stated that mini-projects will not be implemented by the province government as they fall under the jurisdictions of local governments.

If this practice is promoted, it will be easier to achieve prosperity, according to him.

He said the scattered projects by the federal government are highly likely to see the misappropriation of the budget.
