KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court has scheduled the hearing on the writ petition related to the Gaur murder case on Monday.
Rautahat’s Tribhuwan Sah filed a writ petition against District Police Office Rautahat Gaur and District Public Prosecutor’s Office Rautahat Gaur on June 4.
Although the hearing was scheduled for June 5, hearing on the case got deterred due to lack of time for hearing.
A single bench of Supreme Court Justice Kumar is scheduled to hear the writ petition on Monday. The hearing on the said writ petition was fixed on June 22. But on that day it was on the list of ‘not to be seen’.
On March 30, 2008, 27 Maoist activists were killed in a clash between the activists of the then Madhesi People’s Rights Forum and the CPN Maoist Center.
