No immediate plan to join govt: RPP Chair Lingden

POKHARA: Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Chairman Rajendra Lingden has said his party would not join the government immediately.

“RPP has no plans to join the government now,” he said at a program in Pokhara.

He also urged the government to lay emphasis on good governance, development and public service.

“We have changed the governance system of the country but failed to transform the lives of the people”.

Politics has developed as an industry in Nepal, he said, stressing the need to probe corruption done in any time period.

“I took big decisions when I assumed the position of Energy Minister of the country. But, I did not misappropriate a single penny”.
