Bala Chaturdashi being observed today

KATHMANDU: Hindu devotees are observing Bala Chaturdashi, one of the famous Hindu festivals, across the country today.

The Trust said that tents and other provisions have been ensured targeting the devotees in view of the dipping temperature while a large number of security personnel have been deployed.

Families of those deceased sow the Satbeej (different hundred seeds) and light lights praying for eternal peace to the deceased on the day of Bala Chaturdashi festival.
