KATHMANDU: The Weather Forecasting Division anticipates clear weather conditions prevailing across the country today, attributed to the influence of western winds.
Notably, the western region is likely to experience cold winds as a result.
In the morning, specific locations in the Lumbini Province have reported moderate rainfall.
However, the Division forecasts normal weather conditions in the hilly areas of Sudurpaschim, Karnali, Lumbini, and Gandaki provinces for this afternoon.
In addition, certain hilly areas of Sudurpaschim and Karnali provinces may experience light rain accompanied by lightning.
There is also a potential for snowfall in isolated high hills and the Himalayan region.
As night falls, the Division suggests the possibility of light snowfall in selected parts of the high hilly and Himalayan regions of the country.
