ANFA announces Nepali team to play against Laos in FIFA World Cup Qualifiers



KATHMANDU: All Nepal Football Association (ANFA), the national governing body for football, has announced the final team for the FIFA World Cup football qualifying match against Laos.

Head coach Vincenzo Alberto Annese has announced his final squad for the match.

Nepal will play the first leg of the first round against Laos at Dasharath Stadium on Thursday at 5:30 PM.

The second leg will be held in Laos next week. The best team in the two legs will advance to the second round.

Goalkeepers: Kiran Kumar Limbu, Deep Karki, Abhishek Baral

Defenders: Sanish Shrestha, Anant Tamang, Ashish Gurung, Rohit Chand, Anjan Rai, Ashish Chaudhary, Amrit Shrestha, Eric Bista

Midfielders: Sudeep Gurung, Laken Limbu, Awas Lamichhane, Utsav Rai, Kritish Ratna Chinju, Manish Dangi

Forwards: Anjan Bista, Ayush Ghalan, Gillespie Jung Karki, Dinesh Henjan, Hisub Thapalia, Sanjeev Bista.
