Six, including five Mexicans and a Nepali pilot killed in Manang Air chopper crash in Solukhumbu

A tragic helicopter crash in Nepal’s Solukhumbu district claimed the lives of six individuals on Tuesday morning, including a Nepali pilot and five Mexican nationals. Manang Air confirmed that the victims of the crash were pilot CB Gurung and passengers Sifuentes Fernando, Gonzalex Abrica, Gonzalex Olacio Luzins, Sifuentes Moaria Jose, and Rincon Ismarlink, all of Mexican nationality.

PM expresses sorrow over fatal Manang Air chopper crash

25 die, 18 injured in monsoon-induced floods, landslides so far

At least 25 people have died and 18 others injured in monsoon-induced floods and landslides in various parts of the country. Two more ex-employees arrested in Lalita Niwas Land Grab case

Two more ex-employees involved in embezzlement of government land of Lalita Niwas in Baluwatar have been arrested. Two ex-employees of the Land Revenue Office Dillibazar were arrested by the police on Tuesday morning. According to the Central Investigation Bureau sources, Non-Gazetted Officer of Land Revenue Office Yograj Paudel and another official Narayanraj Mishra were arrested on the charge of creating a fake file to claim government land and submitting it to the Chief of Land Revenue Office Kaladhar Deuja.

Bill on Power Trade tabled in National Assembly

Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies Ramesh Rijal has presented the ‘Power Trade Bill, 2080’ in the National Assembly today. Tabling the Bill in the meeting of the upper house of the Federal Parliament, Minister Rijal said the Bill was expedient for operating small and medium-scale industries using electrical power.
