KATHMANDU: Prime Minister (PM) Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda is inaugurating the 11th Gorkha Mahotsav in Gorkha today.
This is the first time that Prachanda is going to Gorkha after becoming the Prime Minister.
Prachanda, who was elected as a member of the House of Representatives from Gorkha Constituency-2, received a vote of confidence in the parliament on Tuesday (yesterday).
Meanwhile, Chief of Army Staff Prabhuram Sharma is also going to Gorkha today.
Army Chief Sharma is scheduled to unveil the statue of Prithvi Narayan Shah built in Gorkha municipality-6.
