Hearing against cricketer Sandeep adjourned again



KATHMANDU: The hearing of the rape case against cricketer Sandeep Lamichhane has been postponed on Sunday. Even before this case was adjourned time and time again.

Sandeep’s case was number one in the bench of Judge Padmaraj Pandey of Kathmandu District Court today.

However, the hearing was postponed due to the Nepal Bar Association’s conference at Sauraha in Chitwan, as the advocate could not attend the Court.

Earlier, on November 9, the bench of Judge Keshav Prasad Ghimire of Kathmandu District Court had urged both parties to submit their debate note note.

After submission of arguments from both sides last Friday, the date of hearing was set for today.
