Hetauda Hospital to begin 25-bed psychosocial ward

HETAUDA: The Hetauda Hospital in Makawanpur district is running a psychosocial ward with a facility of 25 beds.

The Madan Bhandari Academy of Health Sciences said that the OPD service with 25 beds of psychosocial ward will begin on Tuesday coinciding with World Mental Health Day.

Rector of the Academy Dr Surendra Sherchan said that three doctors would offer the service adding that the psychosocial and mental health training would also be given in all local levels in the district.
