Landslides block Sanfe-Martadi road

BAJURA: The Sanfe-Martadi road remained closed to traffic since Saturday after a landslide blocked the road in Amkot.

The road connecting the headquarters Martadi has been blocked since last night, said Police Inspector Dansingh Bhandari of the District Police Office.

The effort to remove the landslide debris has been hindered due to continuous rainfall.

The effort to remove the landslide debris and open the road for traffic can resume only after the rainfall stops, added Bhandari.

As a result, passengers remain stranded.
