Samajwadi Morcha holding assembly in Hetauda today



HETAUDA: The Samajwadi Morcha, a loose alliance of four left-inclined parties, is holding a “message assembly” in Hetauda today.

Prime Minister and Chairman of Maoist Center, Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’; Chairman of Unified Socialist, Madhav Kumar Nepal; Chairman of Janata Samajwadi Party Upendra Yadav; and General Secretary of Communist Party of Nepal, Netra Bikram Chanda Biplav, are scheduled to address the assembly.

Sources said that the Bagmati Province Committee of the Samajwadi Morcha will also be announced today.

The meeting held on August 21 of the Morcha decided to hold “message assemblies” in all seven provinces with the aim of providing information about the purpose and goals of the Front.

According to the decision, the Morcha has already organized assemblies in Birgunj of Madhesh Province, Butwal of Lumbini Province, Surkhet of Karnali Province and Pokhara of Gandaki Province.

The Morcha is holding an assembly in Biratnagar of Koshi Province on September 11.
