Buddha Air flight to Bhairahawa diverted back to Kathmandu after experiencing issues



KATHMANDU: A Buddha Air flight heading to Bhairahawa from Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) has been returned to Kathmandu after experiencing technical issues.

According to Buddha Airlines sources, flight 857 which took off from Kathmandu to Bhairahawa on Thursday was diverted to TIA on Thursday afternoon.

Buddha Airlines informed that the technical team is testing the 9N-ANP aircraft that had the technical issues.

Preparations are underway to send the passengers to Bhairahawa by another plane.
