Former King Shah calls for urgent govt action to rescue Nepalis in Israel amidst tragic conflict



KATHMANDU: Former King Gyanendra Shah has conveyed his deep condolences for the tragic loss of 10 Nepali students and numerous others injured in the conflict in Israel.

Former King Shah has also expressed his profound concern for Nepali nationals employed in Israel who are enduring the harrowing effects of the ongoing war.

Additionally, he has urgently appealed to the government to expedite efforts aimed at rescuing, treating, and repatriating all Nepali citizens who find themselves in distress, facing adversity, or coping with the crisis.

The Former King has emphasized the importance of displaying prudent diplomatic strategies during this challenging period.

In a global context, Shah has underscored the futility of war and conflict, advocating for concerted efforts from all stakeholders to foster positive relations and mutual cooperation.
