Narayangadh-Muglin road opens for traffic



MUGLIN: The Narayangadh-Muglin road section has opened for two-way traffic after the landslide debris was cleared.

The road has come into regular operation after a halt of nine hours since this morning.

Traffic on the road was completely blocked after a dry landslide occurred in Kalikhola of Ichchakamana Rural Municipality-6 on Saturday afternoon.

Police Inspector at Muglin area police office Bishal Tamang said that the vehicles and passengers stranded for the past nine hours are on their way to their respective destinations.

This section of the road has been blocked due to frequent landslides for the past six months.

Thousands of vehicles pass through this road daily.
