JANAKPURDHAM: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Bal Krishna Khand has claimed that the provincial governments will be formed immediately after the April 23 by-elections.
Speaking at a press conference in Janpurdham, Khand said that the ruling parties will form state governments after the by-elections.
Leader Khand also said that the ruling coalition partners have agreed to share the power and appoint Chief Ministers accordingly.
On the occasion, Khand also stated that the Citizenship Bill should be authenticated and implemented immediately.
