4 passengers, including 3 Nepalis killed in bus accident in India



LUCKNOW: Four people, including three Nepalis, died when a bus coming from Gujarat to Lucknow met with an accident.

According to the Chief District Officer of Kailali, Kiran Thapa, the three deceased Nepalis are from Kailali Tikapur.

It has been confirmed that 55-year-old Chandra Saud, 45-year-old Lalit Saud and 20-year-old Nirmala Bohra of Kailali Tikapur Municipality-1 died in the accident.

District Police Office Kailali also confirmed the death of four people including three Nepalese and one Indian driver. 17 passengers were injured in the accident.

The accident happened about 15 km away from Lucknow.

The cause of the bus accident has not been revealed.
