SURKHET: One person died and 4 others were injured in a jeep accident in Birendranagar.
The jeep (Karnali Pradesh No. 02001 Ch 0606), which left from Gumi in Gurbakot Municipality of the district for Cholpa in Simta Rural Municipality, fell into a ditch about 500 meters below Milan Chowk.
The deceased has been identified as 37-year-old Ramakumari Chand of Simta-9.
The condition of two of the injured is critical, while the condition of the rest is normal.
