BIRATNAGAR: Nepali Congress General Secretary Gagan Thapa has said that Nepal should also seek rights by releasing its own cultural map.
Talking to journalists at Biratnagar Airport on Thursday, NC General Secretary said that if India can issue a cultural map, Nepal should also issue a cultural and geographical map.
On that occasion, he clarified that Nepal has rights over Limpiyadhura, Kalapani and Lipulek and no one can take it away.
General Secretary Thapa remarked that the main platform for expressing the desire for change within NC will be the policy convention to be held next August.
He expressed confidence that the Convention will reconsider some of the party’s decisions and take a far-reaching decision to set the party in the right place.
He suggested the present government to execute responsibility substantively so that the people feel it.
Thapa also made it clear that NC has not thought about replacing the current coalition government.
