KATHMANDU: Nepal is facing Vietnam in the second match of the first round of Asian qualifiers for the Paris Women’s Football Olympics on Saturday.
The match will be held at Dasharath Stadium in Tripureshwar at 6 pm.
Earlier, in the first match on Wednesday, Nepal lost to Vietnam by a huge margin of 5-1.
In the first round of selection, Nepal and Vietnam, Palestine, and Afghanistan are in Group ‘C’.
As Palestine and Afghanistan withdrew their names from the competition, only Nepal and Vietnam will compete to enter the second round.
The team that tops the group will enter the second round of selection.
