Garbage of Singha Durbar will not be collected from today: Balen



KATHMANDU: Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) Mayor Balen Shah has said that the waste of Singha Darbar will not be collected from today.

Writing a status on Facebook on Saturday morning, Mayor Balen stated that the garbage of Singha Durbar will not be collected from today.

He, however, has not elaborated on or mentioned the reason behind this decision.

“From today, the garbage within the Singha Durbar premises will not be collected. If the country really needs to be cleaned, the leaders need to be dumped at Sisdole,” Mayor Balen wrote on Facebook.
