Nagarik Unmukti Party chooses opposition bench in parliament



KATHMANDU: The Nagarik Unmukti Party, which supported the Prime Minister, has informed the Parliament Secretariat that it is an ‘opposition party’.

In response to the question asked by the Federal Parliament Secretariat for parliamentary seats management, Nagarik Unmukti joint spokesperson Dasharath Dhamala informed that his party chose the opposition bench.

Madhav Kumar Nepal led-CPN (Unified Socialists) has also registered its name in the opposition.

Nepali Congress has also chosen the opposition bench to remain the main opposition in the parliament.
