Patan High Court issues interim order halting sale of Ncell shares

LALITPUR: The Patan High Court has issued a temporary interim order, instructing a halt to the sale of Ncell shares.

Judge Purushottam Prasad Dhakal, presiding over the bench, directed the Company Registrar’s Office to refrain from registering any Ncell shares involved in buying and selling until December 11.

A discussion on the Ncell case has been scheduled for December 11, during which both the petitioner and the opposing party are summoned to the court for deliberations.
