BIRATNAGAR: Chief Minister (CM) of Koshi Province, Hikmat Kumar Karki, has expressed the belief that the operation of the PIS portal would be important to enforce the federal structure.
CM Karki viewed the portal had boosted the morale of civil employees at the province and local levels.
The portal includes details on employees’ information. It is also comprehensive documentation on the incentives the employees get after retirement, he added.
He further argued that the establishment of Rastriya Kitabkhana in the province was a step ahead to enforce the federal system.
CM Karki urged the concerned office and employees to run it effectively.
