Incumbent govt will complete five year term: Chair Nepal



KATHMANDU: Former Prime Minister and Chairman of the CPN (Unified Socialist), Madhav Kumar Nepal, has said the democratic-left alliance-led government would exist for five years.

Chairman Nepal expressed the view that political stability would be ensured in the country, as the incumbent government would complete its full five-year term.

Mentioning that there was collaboration among democratic-left forces for safeguarding nation, nationality, constitution and rule of law, he opined that the democratic-left alliance government would be formed in all provinces as done in the center.

He, however, said there might be collaboration and unity among leftists in the country on the issue of protecting federal democratic republic, development, prosperity and good governance. The CPN (Unified Socialist) would not be merged with any party, clarified Chairman Nepal.

On the occasion General-Secretary Ghanshyam Bhusal shared the information that a nationwide campaign was launched for strengthening party organization, which would establish party as a strong leftist party by winning the heart of the general people with its clear policy and programs.

Similarly, Deputy General-Secretary and publicity department Chief Jagannath Khatiwada expressed commitment that the party would always stand in favor of development and good governance in the country.
