Nepal records no new coronavirus case in 24 hours, active cases five

KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded no new case of coronavirus in the past 24 hours as of Monday.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, a total of 173 swab samples were tested in the past 24 hours.

All 173 swabs were tested through RT-PCR method.

Currently, there are five active cases in the country as one infected patient recovered in the past 24 hours.

No coronavirus-related death was recorded in the past 24 hours, and the COVID-19 death toll stands at 12,020 to date.
