Unified Socialist to hold its national convention in Feb 2024



KATHMANDU: The Unified Socialist Party led by former Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal is holding its national convention in February 2024.

Party Spokesperson Jagannath Khatiwada said that the party has decided to hold its national convention according to the decision of the party’s central committee decision.

“We have already sent an action plan to the local committees for strengthening the organization by May,” he said.

According to him, the local committees will complete the work of committee reorganization by June.

“Our major focus will be to hold the national convention at any cost next year,” he said.
