NC President Deuba calls meeting of top leaders including General Secys Thapa and Sharma



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has called a meeting of the top leaders of the party for the preparation of Saturday’s parliamentary party (PP) meeting.

According to NC sources, Deuba called the party’s top leaders to his residence in Dhumbarahi for a discussion.

The NC President has called the leaders including Vice Presidents Purna Bahadur Khadka and Dhanraj Gurung, General Secretary duo Bishwa Prakash Sharma and Gagan Thapa for discussion. The meeting will start shortly.

The meeting is meant to discuss the agenda to be discussed in the PP meeting.

NC has scheduled the PP meeting for 1 pm, Saturday at Singha Durbar based PP office.

It is said that the central committee meeting on 28 December will also be discussed in the meeting.
