Maoist Center’s CC: Expressions of opinions to continue today



KATHMANDU: The Central Committee (CC) meeting of the ruling Maoist Center will continue today as well.

The meeting is being held at the Nepal Academy hall, Kamaladi in Kathmandu, and today marks the fourth day of discussions.

During this session, the central members of the party are scheduled to present and share their opinions.

The meeting, which was postponed on Friday, has been rescheduled to begin at 11 am on Saturday, as confirmed by party leader Dev Prasad Gurung.

The gathering boasts an attendance of 758 individuals, including central members, alternate central members, officials from various commissions, and province officials, who are actively participating in the discussions.

On the previous day (Friday), Central Committee members provided their views on the political report presented by Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda.”

According to Party Spokesperson Krishna Bahadur Mahara, a total of 139 leaders, including five office bearers, expressed their opinions during the meeting held on Friday.
