KATHMANDU: Speaker Dev Raj Ghimire said the Ubhauli festival would further help transfer culture and tradition to new generations.

In a message delivered on the occasion of Ubhauli festival today, he said, “The grand festival of Kiranti community of Nepal would leverage mutual harmony and tolerance among the Nepali people and further consolidate social unity, peace and reconciliation”.

He extended best wishes to all Nepali Kirant religious sisters and brothers at home and abroad for their peace, happiness and prosperity on the occasion.
