NC suffers like fish without water while out of power: KP Oli

KATHMANDU: Chairman of CPN-UML KP Oli has said that the main opposition party in the parliament Nepali Congress (NC) is floundering without being able to come to power.

Speaking at a special time in the meeting of the House of Representatives on Sunday, he accused NC of trying to create chaos and instability in the country.

The UML chairman Oli stated that NC has been feeling restless since the formation of the Pushpa Kamal Dahal-led government and has been suffering like a fish without water while out of power.

“NC failed to take right initiations to form the government after November 20 election, we (ruling alliance) worked out the responsibility to ensure political stability in the country, and has been hatching conspiracy against stability,” he said.

He cited various instances from the past and offered a list of the policies and programs ‘impaired’ by NC led government and claimed that incumbent government will work to address the motto of ‘Happy Nepali, Prosperous Nepal.’
