First dental instruments trade fair to take place from Friday



KATHMANDU: The first-ever dental instruments trade fair and conference is to take place in the capital on Friday.

The Nepal Dental Instruments Suppliers Association and Nepal Dental Association are collaborating to host the trade fair and conference.

The fair is to be held at Godawari Sunrise Conference Centre in Lalitpur.

As informed, the event is to be organized in a way to include all aspects of dental health.

Chairperson of Nepal Dental Instruments Suppliers Association Shaligram Aryal said the fair would easily provide quality dental instruments and accessories to the hospitals, clinics, laboratories and other concerned professionals.

“The fair will have 70 stalls of 100 brands of different countries, including Nepal”, he shared.

A conference of dentists is also to take place in the fair to be held on January 6-8. Association central member Hari Wali said research papers of 18 dentists, including 13 from Nepal and five from different countries would be presented on the occasion.

As many as 1,000 dentists and students and 3,000 dental instrument suppliers are taking part in the fair.
