NC President Deuba urges immediate rescue and relief in quake-affected areas

KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has expressed sadness over the report of massive loss of life and property in Jajarkot and Rukum West due to the earthquake last night.

In his social media account, leader Deuba has requested the government to immediately send rescue teams to the affected areas and provide medical treatment facilities to the injured, and humanitarian aid to the needy.

At this difficult hour, the NC President has instructed all the party members to join in search, rescue and relief in the earthquake-affected areas.
