U-16 East Zone Cup Final: Nepal sets 253-run target for Malaysia



KATHMANDU: Nepal set a 253-run target for Malaysia in the final of the ACC Men’s U-16 East Zone Cup cricket tournament.

In the final match played at Bayuemas Oval, Malaysia, Nepal gave a target of 253 runs for Malaysia on Tuesday.

Nepal’s Naren Bhatta scored 112 runs.

Electing to bat first after winning the toss, Nepal’s opener Suryanshu Koirala was out in 7.2 overs.

He contributed 18 runs off 23 balls.
