KATHMANDU: Supreme Court (SC) is conducting a preliminary hearing on the petition filed against the authentication of Citizenship Bill today.

Senior advocates Bal Krishna Neupane and Dr Surendra Bhandari on Friday filed a writ petition at the SC against President Ram Chandra Paudel’s move to authenticate the Citizenship Bill.
