President Paudel to bear the cost of his treatment in India



KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Paudel has said he himself would bear the expenses of his treatment in India.

President Paudel’s press coordinator Khila Karki issued a statement on Tuesday informing the President wants to cover the medical expenses himself.

President Paudel was taken to India’s capital New Delhi for treatment on April 19.

He was treated at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).

After the treatment, President Paudel returned home on April 30.
