“Hult Prize at Shanker Dev” donates warm clothes to orphanages

KATHMANDU: In what has been termed as an exemplary initiative to support the children in need, students of Shankardev Campus in Kathmandu under the “Hult Prize at Shanker Dev Campus” donated warm clothes to children from different orphanages.

Students, led by Srija Khanal, Campus Director of “Hult Prize at Shanker Dev Campus”, distributed clothes to children of the Humanitarian Concern Center at Budhanilakantha in Kathmandu.

Likewise, they also donated clothes to the Nepal Old and Disabled Women Welfare Center at Jorpati, and Sukhawati Store in Kathmandu.

“We thought it a noble way to serve those, especially the children who are far away from their parents,” Khanal said on the occasion.

Chairperson of the Humanitarian Concern Center, Narayani, said, “We appreciate the initiatives of “Hult Prize at Shanker Dev Campus” for their humanitarian gesture.”
