KATHMANDU: The Patan High Court has summoned both involved parties for a discussion regarding the writ filed against the Malaysian company Axiata’s decision to sell its shares in Ncell.

Axiata cited Nepal’s increasingly challenging business environment as the reason behind their decision to sell the shares.

In response to the writ filed by Gokul Bahadur Rokaya, Judge Dipendra Adhikari’s bench issued a show cause order, requesting a written reply.

The court order specifies that a decision on granting an interim order will be made following a thorough discussion involving both sides.
