Nepal sees three new coronavirus cases in 24 hours, active cases 11



KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded three new cases of coronavirus in the past 24 hours as of Wednesday.

The confirmed cases were detected through the RT-PCR method.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, a total of 966 swab samples were tested in the past 24 hours.

Out of the cases tested today, 386 were tested through RT-PCR method and 580 through Antigen method.

Currently, there are 11 active cases in the country.

No coronavirus-related death was recorded in the past 24 hours, and the COVID-19 death toll stands at 12,020 to date.
