Police arrest 155 fugitives in six months



KATHMANDU: The police have arrested 155 fugitives who were sentenced and fined for their involvement in various crimes but fled in a span of six months.

The District Police Sector, Kathmandu made the arrest. They have been presented to the court, said Superintendent of Police Dinesh Raj Mainali.

The convicts have been sentenced over 29 years in prison, and fined more than Rs 29 million, he added.
