PM Dahal in Chitwan to attend Narayani School’s diamond jubilee ceremony



CHITWAN: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ arrived in Chitwan today. It is first ever visit to his home district since he took the office.

PM Dahal is resident of ward no 14 of Bharatpur Metropolitan City in the district. He is in Chitwan to inaugurate the diamond jubilee celebration of the Narayani Model Secondary School in the district.

PM Dahal is scheduled to return Kathmandu today itself after participating in the 60th anniversary of the school.

The school has been determined as the second biggest and best community school in the country, shared Purna Dawadi, Principal of the School.

The School attained 93.05 marks out of 100 in the recently held examination/evaluation by the Quality Determination Centre in all community schools across the country. Established on Jestha 6 in 2020 BS, the School has 3,570 students at present.

PM Dahal is scheduled to unveil the statue marking the diamond jubilee, release a souvenir, and inaugurate the new building, science exhibition and food festival.
