KATHMANDU: Law Minister Govinda Prasad Koirala has met with Chairman of Maoist Center Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda”.
Prachanda’s secretariat said that Koirala, who reached Khumaltar this morning, had a discussion with Prachanda for almost an hour.
Minister Koirala reached Khulmatar to discuss the Bill on Truth and Reconciliation registered in the Parliament.
The meeting between Minister Koirala and President Prachanda took place at a time when protests were going on saying that the bill was not in favor of the victims.
