KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari today, on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, appointed Nirmal Raj Kafle as the resident ambassador to the Federal Republic of Brazil.
According to the press statement issued by the Office of the President, the appointment was made in accordance with the Article 282 (1) of the Constitution.
