Maoist Center postpones SC meeting scheduled for today



KATHMANDU: The standing committee (SC) meeting of the CPN (Maoist Centre) scheduled for 3 pm today has been postponed.

Earlier, Friday’s SC meeting had made some changes to the provincial meetings’ schedule.

The SC meeting was meant to discuss various issues including re-assigning the Finance Ministry’s role to leader Janardan Sharma and selection of office bearers and politburos among others.

According to Maoist Center sources, the SC meeting will take place on August 10.
