NC leader Koirala tests positive for COVID

KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) senior leader Dr Shekhar Koirala has tested positive for coronavirus.

Koirala’s personal secretary Diensh Thapaliya shared that Dr Koirala was diagnosed with coronavirus infection in a test performed on Saturday.

According to Thapaliya, leader Koirala caught general fever, cough and vomiting since 5.00 am in the morning.

He is being treated at Grandi International Hospital in Tokha.
