Two killed, three injured in motorcycle accident in Parsa



KATHMANDU: Two people were killed and three others were injured when two motorcycles collided in Parsa on Thursday.

Both the motorcyclists died on the spot when their motorcycles (Na 3 Pa 1026 and Pradesh 2-03-004 Pa 7476) collided on the Pokhariya-Langadi road in Pokhariya Municipality-3, Parsa.

The deceased have been identified as Lalan Prasad Kurmi, 35, of Gulariya, Dhobini Rural Municipality-2, and Hasinder Sahani, 29, of Ekdarwa, Sakhuwa Prasauni Rural Municipality-5.

The injured have been identified as Jadin Mian, 20, of Dhobini and Supen Raut, 19, of Sakhuwa Prasuni and Ranjit Mahato, 19, of Sakhuwa.

The injured are undergoing treatment at different hospitals in Birgunj.
